Eligibility Criteria

At ProScience Nutra, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery under the following terms and conditions.

You may return an item purchased from ProScienceNutra.com within 30 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • All seals, labels, and tags are intact.

  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” section.

  2. Select the order and click “Request Return”, or contact our support team at support@prosciencenutra.com with your order details.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization ID and detailed shipping instructions.

Please note that items sent back without an approved Return Request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@prosciencenutra.com with photos and details.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost after verifying the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or final sale offers.

  • Gift cards or samples.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team before returning the product.

Exchanges

If you received a wrong or defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct one.
In cases where the requested replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
For general returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
